Voting for Justice
Voting for Justice is a project of LDF’s Thurgood Marshall Institute that empowers voters and communities with tools and information to hold their local justice actors accountable at the ballot box and through increased community engagement. Voting is a powerful, affirmative act that every citizen can use to demand action on the issues most important to them. You can change how prosecutors and other local officials “do justice” by using the power of your vote. Our project will radically reimagine how front-end justice actors do their jobs and change how communities evaluate these officials before and after elections.
